NewsBelfast mural artist Wee Nuls brings the Solar System to Bay Road Park
Wee Nuls is a multi-disciplinary artist and creative director based in Belfast. Her out-of-this world style can be seen in a number of mediums including spray paint, hand drawn and digital illustration, and now features in an epic hand-sprayed mural at the start of our Derry~Londonderry trail!
This mural was so much fun to paint! This was the biggest wall we had ever painted. We took inspiration from Oliver's books and his general style and took it into our medium of spray paint. My favourite part was painting the wonky stars, I enjoyed the freedom of the stars being 'imperfect'. Thanks to the OPIS team for the opportunity!
