Celebrate World Book Day with an Oliver Jeffers book!

To celebrate this wonderful day of words, we've created a special mission and hidden nine Oliver Jeffers books around Derry~Londonderry. Take a look at the clues below to see if you can spot where these books are hiding!

Let the hunt begin...

Clue 1 — From here it would take around 9 months to get to Mars, but only approx 2 hours to Belfast.

Clue 2 — You can learn about all sorts of things here — from space and science to gardening or languages. Just don’t forget your card…

Clue 3 — "Look, I wanted to be an individual but my ma wouldn’t let me.” … said who?

Clue 4 — We really like the name Saturn… it has a nice ring to it. Speaking of rings, recently Benny liked it so much that he put a ring on it right here!

Clue 5 — The lungs of our city, a heart in the park. You wood not be-leave how well this book is hidden! Look for a rainbow and the treasure will appear where ribbons are near.

Clue 6 — When you look at Earth from outer space, our differences of opinion can seem just a little less important.
At 235m wide, it would take quite a few of these to cross over to Venus, we just use it to cross the Foyle…

Clue 7 — From April you’ll be able to walk to Mars, jog to Jupiter or enjoy the actual sun right in front of you here… well for now!

Clue 8 — Here there is ‘space’ for literally everyone… rockstars, astronauts, movie makers, designers & more! Some would say they’re the creative spark of the city.
